SendVyte carries your patients’ calls, messages and records, so protecting that information is part of how the platform is built. SendVyte is HIPAA compliant, a Business Associate Agreement is included with every plan, and patient details stay inside the app instead of traveling by text or email.
Business Associate Agreement included with every plan.
Secure links in place of patient details; details are viewed in the app.
Call recordings and transcripts covered by your BAA.
Practice settings limited to your administrators.
A summary of the safeguards described on this page.
Calls, texts, referral forms and recordings all hold details about your patients. General-purpose tools may not provide the safeguards a dental practice needs.
Texts and emails sit on phones and in inboxes your practice doesn’t manage.
Every recorded call and transcript is a record that needs protecting.
Each tool your team uses is another place patient information lives.
Three things happen every time your team communicates through SendVyte.
When a message involves patient details, the text or email carries a secure link instead of the details themselves.
Patient details are viewed inside SendVyte, not stored in text threads or inboxes.
Patient messages, call recordings and transcripts are covered by the Business Associate Agreement included with every plan.
Every SendVyte plan includes a Business Associate Agreement. No separate paperwork.
Patient details never travel in texts or email. Messages carry secure links.
Recordings and transcripts from your phone line and the AI Receptionist are covered by your BAA.
Information moving between your team, your patients and SendVyte is encrypted in transit.
Practice settings are limited to your practice’s administrators.
SendVyte relies on service providers to run the platform. Those that handle patient information on SendVyte’s behalf are bound by business associate agreements. Customers can request the current list of subprocessors from SendVyte support.
The SendVyte AI Receptionist answers calls and website chats, captures information and notifies your team. It doesn’t give medical or dental advice, diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, confirm insurance coverage or replace emergency services. Callers with a medical emergency are told to hang up and dial 911.
If a breach affects your patients’ information, SendVyte notifies your practice within the time set out in the BAA. When a subscription ends, your data is handled as described in the Terms of Service, including deletion on request. See our Privacy Policy for more.
