AI Receptionist

It answers, captures the caller’s name, callback number, and reason for calling, follows scripts your practice approves, and escalates according to protocols you define. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, confirm insurance coverage, or replace emergency services.
Yes. You can choose from available voices, and English and Spanish are both supported. Your practice selects its default.
Yes. Every conversation produces a full transcript, and the staff you designate are notified with the caller’s details and reason for calling.
SMS & messaging
SendVyte texts patients ahead of their appointment. Patients reply to confirm or to request a reschedule, and confirmations appear on your dashboard. Timing and message wording are configurable.
Yes. SendVyte supports two-way messaging. Replies appear in your Messages inbox where staff can respond, with AI-assisted drafting available.
Patients reply STOP to any message and are removed from further messaging until they opt back in. Staff can also manage blocked numbers and Do Not Contact lists. Read the SMS consent disclosure →
A2P 10DLC is the US carrier standard for business text messaging. Registration tells carriers your messages are legitimate, which supports deliverability. SendVyte handles the registration process during onboarding.
Reviews
After treatment is complete, SendVyte can text the patient a link to your Google review page. You configure the delay, the number of attempts, and the cooldown period.
Yes. The Reviews section shows your Google reviews with AI-suggested reply drafts. Your staff review and edit before anything is posted. This requires connecting your Google Business Profile.
SendVyte tracks request status per patient and won’t re-ask within your configured cooldown period, or if they have already left a review for that treatment.
Payments
You create a payment link for a patient and amount, then send it by text or copy it. Patients see a branded payment page, and status updates on your dashboard. Available with Growth and Complete.
Yes. SendVyte charges a 1% platform fee on text-to-pay payments processed through SendVyte, in addition to standard processor fees. Payments deposit directly to your account. SendVyte does not require you to use a single processor.
Plans & billing
Three plans, billed monthly: Connect $249, Growth $399, and Complete $599. Annual billing is optional at $2,490, $3,990, and $5,990. A one-time $299 setup fee applies to monthly plans and is waived on annual. Full plan comparison →
Monthly plans are month-to-month with no annual contract, and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Automated messages stop on cancellation.

Security & access
SendVyte is HIPAA compliant, and a Business Associate Agreement is available. Automated messages are limited to scheduling and practice information and do not include clinical details. Specific safeguards and responsibilities are reviewed during onboarding.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authenticated users at your practice.
Yes. Each practice can have multiple accounts with role-based access — front-desk staff can work the schedule and messages without access to billing or settings.
